Extremely disappointed – I was misled and overcharged. I ordered a high-end HIFU machine and was promised a model with multiple frequencies (2, 4, 5.5, 7 MHz) and a 750W handle motor. The seller confirmed this in writing and even showed me a picture of the motherboard to prove it. What I received was: • A machine with only one frequency • A different, lower-quality motherboard • Rusted cartridges, which is completely unacceptable • A product that does not match the invoice or their promises Despite paying over €2,300, I received a version worth far less. When I raised the issue, the seller ignored the real problem and only talked about how I tested the cartridges — which is not even the main concern. This is not how professional business should be done. Avoid this supplier if you are looking for honesty, reliability, and quality.
